Robotic Hand-Eye Calibration to automate new methods of make (3D printing and cutting) for shoes

  • Researched eye-in-hand and eye-to-hand robotic calibration techniques to generate robot coordinate reference frame
  • Incorporated Pylon camera software with Python to automate image capture and save for post processing
  • Created agnostic robotic cell configuration including global camera, extruder, Aruco tag, and robot arm
  • Scaling automated calibration process and robotic cell to manufacturing line helps Nike move to zero waste

Developing interface and controls for a mini-production MARS rover - Guidance, Navigation & Control Subsystem

  • Collaborated with 4 multidisciplinary subsystems for seamless rover integration through Agile development
  • Led web interface development using Robotic Operating System and ReactJS that handles rover navigation and controls
  • Implemented ROS packages in Ubuntu Linux environment to allow data transfer and point to point communication
  • Built ReactJS components displaying 4 camera feeds and controlling 6 motors in real time
